Ashu Ayuk Manyo
Ashu Ayuk Manyo is a banking and finance professional, fintech innovator, and Founder & CEO of RECOVA. He currently serves as an Account Manager at a global financial institution, with over three years of experience in banking, financial services, relationship management, and business development. Ashu is a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional, with additional expertise in investment banking, private equity, ESG, AI in finance, and financial and business modeling. Drawing from his professional experience and understanding of Africa's financial ecosystem, Ashu founded RECOVA with a vision to build intelligent financial infrastructure that connects financial institutions, telecom operators, and borrowers to strengthen loan recovery, improve credit decision-making, and advance financial inclusion across Africa. As Founder & CEO, he leads RECOVA's vision, strategy, product innovation, business development, institutional partnerships, and pan-African expansion, with the ambition of building transformative financial infrastructure capable of delivering measurable and lasting impact across Africa.
Abdul Mannan
Abdul Mannan is an experienced software developer and technology professional with 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications, mobile apps, SaaS and CRM platforms, automation systems, and digital solutions. As Developer & Technical Lead at RECOVA, he leads the technical development of the platform, focusing on clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture. His expertise spans web and mobile development, enterprise-grade dashboards, AI solutions, API integrations, workflow automation, and performance optimization. With a business-focused and results-driven approach, Abdul plays a key role in transforming RECOVA's vision into a robust technology infrastructure designed to connect financial institutions, telecom operators, and borrowers at scale across Africa.
